Re: Please introduce yourselves!
I'm most intrigued by the efforts of The Phantom Mfg. Co. The new machine looks brilliant and many of the details are especially alluring. Its color is superb.
I am always on the lookout for exceptional machines, endeavoring to share these discoveries with the readers of our publication Robb Report (for which I orchestrate editorial content pertaining to all things vehicular).
My name is Robert, though in deference to The Phantom's historically-themed persona, I have chosen a name more suited to the past: Master FvB, the Fifteenth Century Flemish master engraver whose work—while little known outside the tiny circle of print connoisseurs—is commensurate in its precision with the finest hand-made machines.
I eagerly await the full flowering of this new motorcycle.

Salaam English and all from the United States of Great Britain. I am ambassador of my country for Istambul and the West. I have great interest in this machine and hope that we may share knowledge of technology for greater good of all. I cannot yet see how this machine would function in a superior manner to a stallion though I await edification.
Please post more pictures in particular of the engine and gearbox.

Re: Please introduce yourselves!
My Dear Mr. Mukh,
We are most pleased to welcome our friends from the mysterious East.Ever since our Mr. Lawrence regaled us of his exploits in your part of the world we have been fascinated by both your horsemanship and , er, camelmanship. I have passed your request to Enoch and he has said that he will place more images of the motor and gearbox on the site today. the first EG has a four-speed gearbox of the synchro-mesh variety. the motor is as specified in our specifications document on this site.
Of course, many specifications can be altered by the client such as colour, posture geometry, and motor. For instance, we have a client for whom we are making a Phantom EG with an in-line, longitudinal, four cylinder motor!

Re: Please introduce yourselves!
My Dear Sir,
We welcome you and thank you for your cherished approval. I must say that hearing of your appreciation of the Flemish brought a tear to the eye of Mrs. Ramsbottom. For it was in that area where she lost here life's love during the Great War. I think though sad, she appreciates the moments when her memory is brought back to her long-lost beau...
We are glad to hear we have met up with another discerning gentleman and we hope that our efforts live up to your standards. As mentioned elsewhere, the details of each Phantom EG are determined by the tastes and physical attributes of each client. For instance, we have just received a commission from a gentleman from the far reaches of the orient, who has ordered an EG with an in-line, four cylinder motor. the challenge in this commission is that the client has a rather short reach, yet the motor is quite long. But we have an ingenious plan in mind that will allow for an aggressive, but relatively comfortable posture for our latest client.
It is interesting that you mention engraving as this is something that interests us significantly. In fact, Titus has undertaken an evening course as an apprentice with a local master of the art. We are hoping that one day his abilities might allow us to include that art form within our existing repertoire.

Re: Please introduce yourselves!
Master FvB,
May I add my welcome to that of Erasmus'. I have read your fine journal and am honoured you would join us here. We would like to think that our motorbike might be just the ticket for the kind of gentlemen that frequent your publications. So if there is any further information you might want from us, just let me know.
Cheers!

Re: Please introduce yourselves!
Dr. Swank,
Your devices have captivated Titus no end. It is reasonable when you consider that for us founders, the notion of traffic is an alien thing. Back when we walked the Earth, you could pass long periods before encountering another self-propelled vehicle of any kind. But today the public highways are crowded with all means of conveyence. One of your devices might make a lovely option to a sporting motorbike as a means of reducing this clutter so that the sporting gentleman might have a clearer road ahead. Our solicitors are investigating any possible liability issues this might throw up....

Re: Please introduce yourselves!
Good day to you sirs,
I stumbled upon your most splendid website whilst a little worse for wear - recovering from one too many sherbets with Squiffy, Harris and Strangelybrown. We were all jolly impressed with your motorcycle let me tell you. Unfortunately Father has me on quite a tight allowance following the incident with Dolores Tittenger and that mad Baron Schlockgruber, so I probably won't be able to stretch to getting one of your fine machines just yet. I will be periodically checking in though just to see if Erasmus and those mortal facilitator chaps have produced anything else of beauty.
TTFN....

Re: Please introduce yourselves!
My Dear Sir,
Thank you most kindly for your note. Sorry to hear that your Pater has you on such a tight leash...dashed inconvenient having trustees of one's resources! You may wish to seek out the just released edition of Classic Bike magazine. There is a five-page article about The Phantom EG. Some lovely words and photographs. I do hope re4ading this will go some way towards assuaging your fristration with the crimped burse strings.
Tally Ho!
